Vendor Application
Below you will find our general vendor information as well as an application for you to submit if you are interested in being a vendor for the 1st Annual Wing Fest. Once the committee has reviewed the applications, agreements will be sent out to selected vendors. We do limit vending of similar items, so submit your application quickly.
Booth spaces are 10 x 10 feet and vendor booth fees range from $75 - $250 which depends on the type of business. Tents are not required and we can provide tents if needed for a $100 rental fee. There will be an no additional charge for electricity. You are required to bring your own extension cords to reach the electrical panels; cords will not be provided. Please be aware that the electrical panels may move to different locations from year to year.
No exhibitor/concessionaire will be allowed to set up unless the space to be occupied has been paid in full.
